If you are visiting for the first time, we ask that you present your My Number Health Insurance Card or Eligibility Certificate and fill out a consultation application form to create a medical record.
Additionally, if you have a letter of introduction or test results, please hand them to the reception staff.
You can check in using the "Return Visit Reception Machine" located next to the general reception on the 1st floor. For returning patients, we verify health insurance eligibility once a month, so please present your My Number Health Insurance Card or Eligibility Certificate. If you have any questions about operating the reception machine, please do not hesitate to ask our reception staff.
The main entrance opens at 8:45 AM, and reception will begin at that time.
Please note that the hospital does not keep track of the order of arrival. We ask for your cooperation in taking turns and being considerate of others when checking in.
The selected medical care system for long-listed drugs was introduced on October 1, 2024, following the 2024 revision of medical fees.
Under this system, if a patient prefers to receive a brand-name drug (long-listed drug) when a generic alternative is available, the patient will be required to pay a special charge equivalent to one-quarter of the price difference out of pocket.
